Grand Old House is a lovely early 20th century plantation house that is beautifully restored and maintains its old-style elegance. Inside, there are several air conditioned locations available for your special event.
The Wine Room:
This room is the most recently renovated area of The Grand Old House and comfortably seats an intimate party of ten for dinner. A private entrance and the beautiful wooden wine cellar racks give this area a very special ambiance.
The English Room:
This is another secluded area for the perfect private dinner or function. The quaint English Room seats up to 20 people and also has a private entrance.
Main Dining Room:
Dine in air-conditioned elegance. The Main Dining Room is the heart of Grand Old House and will seat up to 45 guests for dinner. This room will house a cocktail reception for 90 people.
Grand Old House Porch:
The porch is a beautiful old-fashioned screened-in porch that offers perfect views of the seaside. Using the upper and lower porches, groups of up to 90 people are perfectly accommodated. If the adjoining gazebo is also used, an additional 34 guests can dine. Water front dining can extend up to 500 guests.

- No live music on public holidays & Sundays
- We can apply for a one hour bar extension for Weekdays Monday - Friday
