to win incredible prizes at the cash out time at 1.30 am, the 4 person with the highest amount of chips in hand will wine the prizes.
Included per each ticket at 145 CI is a chip with a play value of 25 CI
You will find this chip on your seat - on your napkin.
Pop it off and bring it to the Roulette or Black Jack table
the dealer will give you chips to set your bets in exchange for that CHIP
you can buy further chips starting at 25 CI, going up in 25 CI interval
NO MONEY can be won - highest chips will place for prizes
