The first (EVER) Sri Lankan Night on February 4th was increible! Delicious, entertaining and satisfying on all levels.
Chef Thushara is certainly well known among the foodies in the Cayman Islands and has held countless "Curry Nights" upon Special Request. Due to the high demand we are setting the table where you find authentic Sri Lankan dishes from Chef Thushara's Childhood up until now!
