Only minutes away from George Town and 10-15 minutes from 7mile beach, Grand Old House is the only free standing restaurant with 8 private air conditioned rooms, seating up to 80 people. The 4000 square foot water front deck can seat up to 500. For smaller groups, mobile partitions allow for a semi private area on the deck. There is a 2000 square foot existing tent on the deck that can seat up to 200 people as a rain backup.
