Cayman’s Premier Waterfront Venue for Corporate Events

Grand Old House is a waterfront restaurant/event venue, located just south of George Town, 10-15 minutes away from all major hotels on Seven Mile Beach.

There is a 5000 square foot waterfront deck that can seat up to 400 people. The entire property can seat up to 500.

There is a 2000 square foot tent on the deck that can seat up to 200 people in the event of rain.

There is a minimum spend that includes food, beverage, cigars and grats (service charge). Contact us for more information.

Mobile partitions allow for a semi private dining experience for groups of any size. There are two separate entrances to the deck.

Grand Old House is the only free standing restaurant in Cayman that has 5 air conditioned private rooms:

1. Colonial Room: seats up to 80
2. English Room: seats up to 20
3. Wine Room: seats up to 10
4. Plantation Room: seats up to 24
5. Gazebo Room: seats up to 24

Only if both functions will be dining only with no speeches and/or there will be other patrons dining on the deck, away from the group. There will be mobile partitions available for the group(s) to enjoy a semi private area.

Grand Old House is the only place in Cayman that has live music, 6 nights a week from 6:30-8:30pm. Music lineup changes nightly.

We are a full service event venue, working closely with local vendors, offering services of the following as a one stop shop for all your planning needs:

• Entertainment
• Photography/videography
• AV
• Fireworks
• Extra tenting
• Props etc.

We require a signed agreement and deposit which will be credited back towards your final bill.
