Arugula salad:) how do you keep the cucumber wrap attached so well to the arugula? My wife and I want to attempt re-creation at home. What a dish !

My one regret from our trip to Cayman is that I didn’t try to find you to meet you when we had our exquisite last evening in Cayman, dinner at the Grand Old House.  It was, in a word, perfect!

Seeing that lovely place in its plantation classiest, and now enhanced with the incredible outdoor seating, overlooking the sea, with the sunset in the background - and enjoying one last night of Caymanian delicacies…. But icing in the cake, the bow on the gift of my return to Cayman, was when Dillon brought us the surprise sparkler enhanced delectable dessert with the Welcome Home message on the plate.  It was so thoughtful - and it meant so much to me!

Thank you, thank you!  It took nearly 51 years and at that moment I had the sense of truly finally being welcomed back home. Ya Mon!

never fails to please as we have celebrated our wedding anniversary at the GOH for many years. Thank you for the lovely table last night!

Everything was fantastic! We are staying at Morritt’s in the east end so we will t make it back but next year we will join again after we land to enjoy the sunset and chateaubriand!! 

Everything was amazing yesterday evening. We sat at the perfect table, the food exceeded all expectations, and the cigar/bourbon experience at the end of the night was perfect. We were even offered limoncello as we waited for our taxi which was so thoughtful. 

It was our best dining experience on the island, and this is the first time we have visited Grand Cayman, So it certainly left an amazing impression! We can’t wait to visit again.

All of us enjoyed our time at GOH on Saturday night.

We were very impressed with the quality and consistency given we were a group of 14, and very happy with the standard of service

I wanted to let you know that our evening was superb, the professional and personable service given by Custodia was outstanding.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and wine selection as well as the waterfront view.

Also the opportunity to dance at the end of our evening out and the accommodating staff playing some requested tunes was generous and appreciated.

Hello Team- We had such a lovely evening Saturday for our anniversary on and enjoyed all of the special treatment and the delicious food. Everything was prepared fantastic. 

Our family also throughly enjoyed our very special treatment celebrating at The Wharf last night. The food was also delicious, my daughter told the chef it was 10/10 stars delicious. 

The Sommeliers at both locations were so helpful and educated well with wines and suggested delicious bottles. All of the staff was so kind and welcoming and extremely knowledgeable.
