Wine is an embodiment of sophistication. With every sip, you not only dive into the sea of flavors but also transport to the streets of its craftsmanship.

However, this testament of luxury demands careful selection to truly appreciate its nuances and depth, which can be an uphill battle for novice sippers.

But what if we bring you a splendid selection of vintages from two of the most celebrated regions that are distinct yet interconnected from the wine world?

We are talking about none other than Italy and California.

These two not only rule the wine realm but also share profound ties, with winemakers often studying and adopting techniques from these diverse lands.

At Grand Old House, we invite wine connoisseurs and beginners to sample our exclusive Coravin selection while overlooking panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and azure skies.

Giusto di Notri is the perfect balance & expression of Tusccany’s terroir and has been crowned with numerous accolades for its unmatched quality and craftsmanship.

As you sip this red beauty, you will taste a harmonious blend of blackberries, plums, black cherries, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper, vanilla, and cedar, with hints of leather or tobacco.

Willian Selyem, Pinot Noir, Terra De Promissio Vineyard, Sonoma, Coast California, 2017

This garnet-hued vintage, recently produced in Williams Selyem vineyard of Sonoma County, California, is stacked in wine bars and retail shops of Cayman and other regions around the globe for its bold character, balanced acidity and ripe fruit zest.

The Pinot Noir varietals used in this wine come from Terra De Promissio vineyard, and its flavors include cherry, raspberry, raspberry, forest floor, mushroom, and damp leaves with subtle hints of thyme or sage, clove, cinnamon, or white pepper.

This 2017 vintage also features mineral undertones and has a silky texture with refined tannins, structuring the bottle without overpowering it.
